Where control meets safety

When driver cruising, they can be informed about which passengers are buckled/unbuckled in which seats and which seats are unoccupied; how many passengers are in the vehicle, how long the journey has taken and what speeds you have reached in which time periods.

Vehicle Equipments

Camera (A): 4 cameras can be directly connected to the system. The screen is split into 3 parts to display the footage. The fourth camera’s footage automatically appears on the screen when in reverse gear. The driver can change frames by touching the camera icon on the screen.
Seat Sensor (B): It detects passengers occupying the seats with a pressure sensor installed into the sitting parts of the seats.
Seat Module (C): By means of a module run by a small battery, it transmits to the screen, without any need for cabling, information on whether the seats are occupied and whether the seat belts are buckled.
Lock Mechanism (D): It detects whether a seat belt is buckled by means of a micro-key installed in the seat belt lock.
Speedometer (E): It is a wireless speed measuring module that transmits information from the vehicle’s speed sensor to the main device. The screen automatically displays the camera footage, when the vehicle cruises under the speed of 20 km/h. When the vehicle cruise over the speed of 20 km/h, the screen will show the seating plan.

– When the screen is switched off and the driver is leaving the vehicle, the device warns the driver with a vocal alarm if there is still a passenger in the vehicle. • Constantly records to its memory the passenger seating setup, the time and the vehicle speed.

(SOR) Seat Occupancy Record

You will have information on which seats are occupied by unbuckled passengers, which seats are unoccupied, how many passengers are in the vehicle, how long the vehicle has been steered and at what speeds. You can transfer this data to your laptop or desktop with a USB cable and print them out with the SOR software.

Belt Check® is a seat belt control, tracking and in-vehicle data collection system.

The Belt Check® system communicates wireless with the main device by means of a sensor placed in passenger seats together with micro-key and sensory modules installed in the lock mechanism. By this way each seat is displayed on the screen by a color indicating its status: unoccupied (grey), occupied (red), buckled passenger (green), unbuckled passenger (yellow). Moreover, the system sends a vocal warning if there are passengers left in the vehicle when the driver switches off the device before leaving the vehicle.

You can transfer all the above-mentioned data to your laptop or desktop through a USB cable and print them out with the SOR (Seat Occupancy Record) Program

The Belt Check® system operates through sensory modules installed in passenger seats and communicates wireless with the main unit. The system consists of compact devices run by a battery. Installing the system requires no cabling between the main unit and the seats, and involves minimum intervention in the vehicle.

The Belt Check® system operates through radio communication technology in the band 868-910 MHz ISM, which does not require a license, with very low, strong and short-time radio occupation. For accommodating to different band allocations of different countries, operation frequencies of devices can be adjusted with a software. Each seat module has a specific address and consumes very low current (3-10 uA). Battery level is measured when the consumption is at its highest and the measures are regularly transmitted to the main unit. By this way a warning for the user appears on the main screen before the battery runs out. Once a module is introduced to the main unit, it turns into a device that sends data to that main unit only for that specific seat. This provides protection to the system.
